Draft awaiting legal review
This text describes in plain language what the product does today. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet, and it is neither a contract nor a final legal policy. Missing parts will be written after the review.
Draft last updated: October 2026
Terms
A plain description of how the service works and what is expected of you. Wasli is an early version: features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
What the service does
The service lets you upload invoices and receipts, reads fields from them with an AI model, runs preliminary checks on totals and tax, and then you review them, approve them and export them to Excel or CSV.
What is on you
- Review every document before approving it. Automatic reading can be wrong.
- Upload only documents you are entitled to upload.
- Do not upload sensitive documents before reviewing the data terms of the providers named on the privacy page.
- Responsibility for tax filings and accounting entries stays with you and your accountant.
Not tax or accounting advice
The tax and total checks are preliminary. Tax rates and tax-number formats need confirming by a licensed accountant in each country.
Planned and not available
Accounting-software connections, capture by email and WhatsApp, a mobile app, and reading the e-invoice QR code inside PDF files are all planned and not available today. The prices shown are proposed and may change.
What is not written yet
Until legal review, this draft is missing: the details of the party providing the service, payment and cancellation terms, limits of liability, the governing law and where disputes are settled, and the terms for ending an account. We will not present any of these before they are written and reviewed.
