What works today

A separate workspace per client, with its own data and documents
Roles (owner, admin, member, viewer) and invite links valid for 7 days. Roles and their permissions are proposed
Approval policies: for example, any amount above a limit you set needs an accountant's approval
A client health page: where documents are piling up
Upload through an API with keys, and CSV and Excel export
The proposed price: $9 per active client per month, with 100 pages per client
