Early version: documents are read for real, but accuracy has not been measured yet and accounting-software connections are not ready. Review every document before approving it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Wasli really support Arabic?

Wasli reads Arabic and English documents with an AI model, including Eastern Arabic numerals and handwriting. We have not measured its accuracy yet: a test on Arabic and bilingual documents is planned, and we will not quote a number before it is measured. That is why every document goes through your review before approval.

What happens when extraction is wrong?

An uncertain field is flagged and stays in the review list. Nothing is approved without your review, and only what you approve can be exported.

Is this tax advice?

No. The checks are preliminary, and rates and formats need confirmation by an accountant in each country before you rely on them. Responsibility for tax filings stays with you and your accountant.

Where is my data stored?

Files and extracted data are stored with Convex, a hosted database and file service, and documents are also sent to an AI model provider to be read. We have not chosen in-region hosting yet.

Which accounting software is supported?

There is no direct connection to any accounting software yet. What works is an export to Excel (xlsx) or CSV. Connections to Qoyod, Wafeq, Zoho Books, Odoo and others are planned, and we confirm each platform's API before committing to a date.

Is there a free trial?

There is a proposed free plan with a limited page allowance that renews every 30 days (figures are proposed and may change). Trial terms for the paid plans have not been defined.
